At Toyzeen.com, we want every purchase to bring joy to you and your little ones. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unwashed, unused, with original tags and undamaged packaging.
- Any complaints regarding damaged or faulty items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, including a short video and pictures, sent to info@toyzeen.com
- Returns for dislike of the product will not be entertained, but you may share your concerns with our support team for review.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method or bank account (if prepaid and order cannot be fulfilled).
- Colors may vary upon delivery; unless you paid extra for a specific color, color differences are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
- If a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Customer Responsibility
Customers need to return merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
